Challenge: Large volumes of handwritten forms. The previous provider reached only around 40% accuracy, unusable for an automated process.
Solution: An own, fine-tuned model plus an intelligent multi-model voting strategy, fully local and on-premise. The data never left the house.
Result: Over 98% accuracy on handwriting recognition. An unusable pre-process became a reliable, GDPR-compliant pipeline.

A crawler that fetches the data itself

Challenge: The required data was researched, crawled, and delivered regularly by an external service provider, at a recurring five-figure cost.
Solution: An automatic crawler now does it in-house: it searches in a targeted way, pre-processes, normalizes everything into one structure, and writes straight into the database.
Result: The return on investment was reached after just six months. From now on, the publisher saves that five-figure sum year after year.
